We collect your name, phone number, email address, and any notes you add only to manage your appointments — to confirm your booking, remind you about it, and ask for a review after your visit.

Review requests are sent to every customer who completes an appointment and who agreed to be contacted. The same review link is sent to everyone; we never filter or route requests based on how we expect you to rate us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Service providers that help us operate the app (hosting, email delivery) process the data on our behalf only.

You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or replying to any email and asking us to stop. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
